Biography

Behrooz is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in consumer bankruptcy law and business bankruptcy law. He is a partner and the firm’s primary litigation attorney. Behrooz graduated from Texas Tech School of Law in 1990 where he was a member of the Law Review and the Board of Barristers. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Since graduating from law school, he has been practicing bankruptcy law exclusively. Behrooz has been teaching law as an adjunct professor at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law since 1998. Behrooz has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.
